Each MegaPlot hot wire CNC cutting machine comes with a complete 5-year warranty. This warranty covers every single element of the machine:

• all mechanical components (including motors, belts, bearings, wiring, etc.)
• all electronic components (including circuit boards, power supplies, etc.)

Additionally, all MegaPlot customers receive unlimited, free, lifetime software updates.

The only consumable part of a hot wire machine is the resistant cutting wire. All else should be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and in our case it is – for full 5 years. Should anything break or wear during the first 5 years of machine use, we will supply you all the necessary replacement parts free of charge. This is yet another proof of our confidence in the machines’ we design and build and the components we use.

We stock every single part of each model so usually we can ship the part you need on the same day you request it. Your only cost is the freight fee as the warranty is provided on EXW (ex-works) basis.
