Things you may wish to include (if possible and applicable):

  • machine serial No.
  • MegaPlot software version
  • all the info from the File – About window
  • drawings which are causing a problem (plt, dxf, cdr, RAW, etc.)
  • MegaPlot software configuration file (.mcc)
  • description of the problem
  • photos, videos, screenshots, etc.

Please zip your attachments into a single zip or rar archive (up to 200 MB) prior to attaching it to the form on the right.
