Meine Entscheidung für meine kleine Firma eine CNC Säge für Schaumstoff zu kaufen resultierte aus der Unzuverlässigkeit meines Lieferanten. Nach einer aufwändigen Suche im Internet fand ich Deine Seite bei Alibaba. Es hätte noch eine billigere Maschine in China gegeben – aber nur bis Freihafen Hamburg – und volle Zahlung bei Auftragsvergabe. Das war mir zu unsicher – so schrieb ich Dir. Als es um Zahlungsmodalitäten ging – fällt mir auf Anhieb ein Satz von Dir ein – “Wir sind keine Spezialisten für Geldeintreiben sondern für preiswerten Maschinenbau”. Alles weitere lief sehr proffesionell und termingerecht ab. Die Maschine wurde morgends um 9:00Uhr angeliefert und aufgebaut. Da Du mir die Software schon vorher zur Verfügung gestellt hattest, haben wir um 13:00Uhr unsere ersten Teile geschnitten.
PERFEKT
Nun läuft die Maschine seit Juni 2012 weitgehend störungsfrei. bei ca 600Tagen — 1x 3Tage Ausfall — insgesammt 4Tage Service und Drahtwechsel. Zur Verfügung stehende Zeit 98,89 %. Genial im Vergleich zu anderen Maschinen. Im 1Schichtbetrib benötigen wir ca 1x im Monat einen neuen Draht. 1x in der Garantiezeit war ein Induktionsgeber defekt. Durch die schnelle und problemlose Hilfe durch Dich lief die Maschine wieder nach 3Tagen. 3x hatten wir Probleme mit der x Kette – war aber selbst verschuldet – da meine Mitarbeiter immer mit dem Block auf den Sägetisch steigen – die daraus resultierende Querbeschleunigung ist zuviel für die kleine Kette. Wenn ich einen Wunsch äussern darf : Diese Kette hätte ich gern etwas stärker ausgelegt. 1x haben wir ein Führungsrad wegen Verschleiss ausgetauscht.
Da ich zu Anfang kein Geld für die “Garage” hatten haben wir die Maschine ohne Staubschutz gekauft. In dem ersten Jahr hat diese Maschine genügend Geld eingebracht um die “Garage” nachzurüsten. Auch dafür einen großen Dank an Dich für den erstklassigen Support. Heute würde ich die Maschine direkt mit den Stauschutz kaufen. Unsere Maschine ist grössenmässig ausreichend um ganze Blöcke zu verarbeiten. Da wir aber hier im Hause ungenügend Platz dafür haben, schneiden wir die Blöcke gedrittelt.
Die Schnittqualität ist bei Schaumstoff sehr gut – wenn man sich entsprechende Konfigurationsdateien ablegt für die entsprechende Qualität. Man darf in diesem Preisbereich natürlich keine Geschwindigkeitsrekorde verlangen – wichtig ist – die Maschine arbeitet komplett ohne Überwachung – und dann ist es egal wie lange es dauert. Block rein – anstellen – weggehen – warten – abräumen – simpel. Ich habe viel Erfahrungen mit anderen CNC-Maschinen gesammelt und auch an diesen mitentwickelt. Eine dermassen problemlose Integration in eine bestehende CAD/CAM Lösung habe ich noch nie gehabt.Weiter halte ich den Aufbau der Maschine aus Standardbauteilen für sehr Zukunftssicher. Alles zusammen ergibt sich ein rundes Bild – einfach nur empfehlenswert.
